Finished Dead Cat, Pictures of A Blind Hippo
What's been going on? I don't think anyone comes to my blog anymore! Oh well, it's ok, because I can just say "IT'S LIKE A DIARY."That's public. Yet no one reads it. That's why I think blogs are silly sometimes because it's like "I don't write because no one reads, thus I'm grumpy about blogging and I won't write anymore, yaaa yaa yaaaaaa." But it's not like that. Because I've been knitting. Secret things. And if you don't want to know about it, it's OK, because it's a secret!
I'm making this yellow... sweater... with cables... that has 1/2 sleeves... and it's cotton. That's all I can tell you right now, because I don't gots no pictures!
On the other hand, I've finished the crocheted cat (pattern found on the most brilliant site in the world) and he looks just like how I thought he would <3 <3 <3

My name is Nicole and I've been knitting since I was 13. I started when I lived in SF, CA, but now I've moved to Tucson, AZ, and the exercise seems asinine at times. We only get about 2 weeks of cold weather, so go figure.
But I stick to it, I'm too passionate about my craft to give up because of some silly thing like weather, school, work... It's all about focus and immersion.
I'm now a junior in college at the University of Arizona and rockin' it fuckin' old school. Yuhhh!!
It's all that matters.
